Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on eligible items within the stated return window, provided products are unused and in original packaging.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for qualifying products.

Exchanges are available for size or style adjustments subject to availability.

Custom designs and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, boxes, and certificates.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a quick resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing after your parcel arrives.
